Andrea has worked at Cassia’s Moose Lake campus at our care center and in assisted living for close to three years. Staff and residents call Andrea Merry Sunshine, as she always arrives to work with a smile on her face. One resident even started calling her Smiley. What everyone knows about Andrea is that she goes above and beyond what her position asks of her. She picks up extra shifts, floats between three buildings at the Moose Lake campus and more. Fellow employees also say there is a deep symmetry between Andrea’s knowledge of her job and Cassia’s values. Merry Sunshine is always present—bringing joy to all to all who know her.
