We are excited to announce that our health care center in Apple Valley will now be known as Augustana Care Health and Rehabilitation of Apple Valley. The new name better represents our mission and focus, as rehabilitation is a significant part of what we do. The change coincides with the conclusion of remodeling to update our building’s features and amenities.
