Memory Matters: National Memory Screening Day

On Nov. 19, LeadingAge is supporting National Memory Screening Day, an annual initiative of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) in which qualified healthcare professionals at local sites nationwide provide free, confidential memory screenings and educational materials to the public.
Early detection of a memory problem can prevent an un-necessary loss of independence.
