The Augustana Elk Run community in Evergreen Colorado celebrated the 95th birthday of Sylvia Brockner on October 12, 2014. Sylvia has written a weekly column for Evergreen’s Canyon Courier for the past 43 years, and has illustrated them with drawings of birds and wildflowers as well.
